Master plan
According to the Planning and Building Act (PBL), every municipality must have an up-to-date comprehensive plan covering the entire municipality. The comprehensive plan must set out both a long-term and overall development strategy and the basic features of the intended use of land and water areas. The plan must provide clear guidance and information to municipal residents, authorities and businesses.
